July 17, 2005: Another Aerial Adventure
This time, with Vince Streano as my teacher, we made another pass above and
around the bridge - this time with traffic flowing between Charleston and
Mt. Pleasant.
My results need a bit of improvement - but they are getting better.
The real problem that I must master is converting proprietary Nikon NEF
format to a standard format that I can manipulate - within the open source
frame of reference (GNU-Linux). I've been using
dcraw with some
success - but I need a bit more work.
